Ordination to the Priesthood

- Joseph warns not to be hasty in ordinations. Cites Paul as saying "Lay hands suddenly upon no man." He further laments that "some have been ordained to the ministry, and have never acted in that capacity, or magnified their calling at all." Some more specific criteria is given particular for ordinations done abroad.
