This would be the 200 year mark where the Urim and Thummim left off shining.

Alma had the interpreters (urim and thummim) and gave them to his son, Helaman, along with the sacred records of the Nephites.
They are intended to be used to reveal the work of secret combinations unto a servant referred to as Gazelem.
This seems to be in conjunction with a record consisting of 24 plates, which contains the mysteries of the secret combinations.
